Both defective and non-defective new items may be submitted for a return, and we accept requests for an exchange.
Eligibility
Ask within 30 days after you receive the order. For a non-defective return, the product must remain new, unused and in original condition. Damage, a defect, missing components, an incorrect item or a material description difference can also be reported; an affected product need not appear unused. Applicable legal protections remain available.

Write to moxivifih28@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and explanation. For a product issue, send helpful photographs or video. Do not ship a return until we approve it and confirm the correct mailing instructions. Our public mailing address is not necessarily a returns facility.
Included label and resolution
The package contains a free prepaid return label to use for an approved mailed return. If you cannot find it, contact us. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges are reviewed against available inventory. When a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days; bank or processor posting may require additional time.
